Jenni founded RecastHealth with a vision of bringing together highly skilled consultants passionate about transforming healthcare, particularly for underserved populations. She has a proven track record of helping clients improve quality and patient care by transforming operations using innovative technology, workflow redesign, and human-centered design thinking. Empowering care teams with information and providing them with access to resources to address the needs of their patients is central to Jenni's approach. Jenni is exceptionally skilled at bridging the gap between health plans and provider practices to facilitate large-scale practice transformation, implement population health management best practices, and design more equitable care models. Having worked with several EHR and population health platforms, she brings a deep understanding of technology solution design, that leads to specific and pragmatic solutions for patient-centered, equitable care within communities. Prior to RecastHealth, Jenni worked as a consultant with Kaiser Permanente and ECG Management Consultants, focusing on healthcare IT strategies and performance improvements for large healthcare systems across the US.

Jenni holds a Master of Healthcare Administration from Suffolk University and a Bachelor of Science in Nutritional Science/Dietetics and Psychology from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. She is the former President and a 10-year board member of HIMSS NorCal and was recognized on Becker’s Healthcare’s list of Rising Stars: Top 90 Healthcare leaders under 40. Jenni is a recurring guest lecturer and startup pitch judge at UC Berkeley’s Hass School of Business Future of Healthcare class. She is also a highly sought-after advisor for digital health startups and advises several through KidsX and ScaleHealth digital health accelerator programs.

Kelly McFadden

Kelly is an experienced healthcare consultant with a proven track record of implementing creative, collaborative, and sustainable solutions for improving community health. She joined RecastHealth to focus on health equity after nearly 10 years at ECG Management Consultants, where she used her broad foundation of skills to redesign systems of care though innovative business models and impactful partnerships. She has led numerous health system transformation projects and contract negotiations that preserved and improved access to high-quality, patient-centered care for vulnerable populations. As a proficient facilitator, Kelly uses effective methods for leading meetings, managing projects, and organizing people to help teams achieve their goals. Driven by the belief that all people deserve the opportunity to attain their highest level of health, Kelly works to align various players in the healthcare ecosystem to better meet the needs of their communities. Some achievements include opening new specialty clinics to better serve Medi-Cal patients, deprivatizing and integrating community health centers into a county health system, and negotiating a more transparent, responsible, and accountable agreement for the lease and operation of a critical access hospital. Recently, Kelly’s work has focused on navigating health plans and providers through the DHCS Equity and Practice Transformation Payments Program application and planning process.

Kelly holds a Master of Business Administration in Health Administration degree from the University of Colorado Denver and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Health and Societies from the University of Pennsylvania. She has authored several articles on the topic of health equity, including “Governing for Equitable Care: A Priority in 2024,” “Harness the Power of your Community Health Needs Assessment to Address SDOH and Advance Health Equity,” “Racial Health Equity and Social Determinants of Health – What’s the Difference,” and “Steps to Promoting Equity in Behavioral Health.”

Laura Jantos

Laura is a nationally recognized thought leader and expert in digital health and technology. A Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) survivor, she joined RecastHealth after challenges managing her own recovery reignited her passion for technology that empowers all people to understand and manage their health. She is particularly adept at coaching organizations to evaluate needs, develop effective strategies and partnerships, align staffing models and workflows, and implement new products and programs to improve outcomes and reduce disparities. She has led major multi-state initiatives to implement shared technology solutions to put the patient at the center of care and worked extensively with safety net clients to serve their varied communities with sensitivity to equity and inclusion.

Laura holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Carnegie Mellon University and Master’s degrees in Business Administration and Health Administration from the University of Pittsburgh Katz Graduate School of Business and School of Public Health, respectively. She serves as a Technical Expert on Artificial Intelligence for the National Quality Forum and has served as a Technical Expert for Patient Reported Outcome Measures to Patient Reported Outcome Performance Measures (PROMs to PRO-PMs).  She is a life Fellow of HIMSS and held positions at the National and State level including Chair of several HIMSS National Committees and President and Board Member of HIMSS WA. Prior to her TBI, she was Principal and Practice Leader at ECG Management Consultants where she developed and oversaw the firm’s national Healthcare IT practice.

Stephanie Vielma

Stephanie Vielma is a seasoned healthcare leader with over 15 years of experience advancing healthcare delivery through quality improvement, data analytics, and practice transformation. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Health Administration, an MBA, and certifications as a Medical Assistant and EPIC Ambulatory Trainer.

Stephanie has extensive experience in provider operations at FQHCs, including managing a $250 million budget and leading initiatives to expand service lines, improve quality metrics, and enhance operational efficiency. As a Clinic Operations and Quality Improvement Manager, she achieved Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) recognition and promoted data-driven care improvements across multiple community health centers. In addition to her work at FQHCs, Stephanie has supported EHR implementations, trained healthcare providers and registered nurses in EPIC Ambulatory modules, and managed patient-centered care programs for underserved communities.
 
Prior to joining RecastHealth, Stephanie then worked at a Managed Care Health Plan, leading provider network operations and spearheaded quality improvement initiatives. Here she established a Practice Transformation program that resulted in participating practices to achieve a 20% higher improvement in quality measures than those that did not participate. Her approach to practice transformation focuses on enhancing clinical workflows, optimizing technology for better population health management, and applying best practice concepts for patient-centered care within clinics, as well as fostering collaboration between providers and payers to streamline processes and promote equitable care models tailored to diverse patient needs.

Kim Snyder

Kim is a seasoned executive in Healthcare Information Technology, specializing in small primary care practices and community health centers. Recognized nationally for her leadership, she excels at identifying and implementing technology solutions to address provider and patient needs. With a focus on enhancing productivity and performance, she approaches transformation through a commitment to best practices and improving patient outcomes. In her role as Vice President at Lumetra Healthcare Solutions, Kim oversaw the Local Extension Center Program in California, collaborating with over 3000 small providers and community health centers to implement electronic health records and quality reporting. She also played a key role in health information exchange initiatives for California and Arizona, serving as a strategic advisor on various projects.

Kim holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in business administration and has been actively involved in professional organizations. She served as the Treasurer of HIMSS NorCal and was a Board Member for the Information Technology Advisory Council in the State of Arizona, a position appointed by the Governor. Additionally, she co-founded the Alliance of Technology and Women in Arizona, where she served as President for two years. Notably, Kim contributed to national healthcare efforts as a member of the National Health Information Security and Privacy Steering Committee for the Office of the National Coordinator, Department of Health and Human Services. She chaired a collaborative effort involving ten states to develop security policies for sharing health information across state lines.

Swatee is a pioneer of behavioral health technology innovation and the founder of Litesprite, an award-winning digital healthcare firm aimed at improving clinical outcomes through data insights.  As a healthcare technologist, she observed that individual motivation was the key to sustainably improving a person’s health. Kelly is a licensed Clinical Social Worker in New York and California, boasting over twelve years of diverse experience in community mental health, school-based programs, hospital social work, and private practice. She is dedicated to increasing access to trauma-informed and culturally responsive care while combating the stigma surrounding mental health support. In New York City, Kelly successfully established behavioral health clinics in multiple schools and collaborated effectively with school and hospital administrators. Her career began with preventing children from entering the foster care system through counseling and case management. She later transitioned to a school-based mental health program, offering therapy, psychoeducation, and resources to combat stigma. Kelly continued her impactful work at Harlem Children’s Zone and the Mental Health Service Corps, providing clinical supervision and training to clinicians in primary care and behavioral health clinics. Kelly has extensive experience working with primary care practices to implement integrated behavioral health services.  

In addition to leading RecastHealth’s behavioral health consulting service line, Kelly serves as a Clinical Coordinator for Intensive Services at Pacific Clinics in Los Angeles County and supports MSW students in field placements at Rutgers School of Social Work. Kelly holds a Master of Social Work degree from New York University and a Bachelor’s degree in Child Development from Tufts University.

Dyan is a social-organizational scientist dedicated to justice and anti-racism at work. She currently serves as the Head of People Science and Strategy on Uber’s Global Diversity & Inclusion team.
